Blew their chance to catch the real impersonator, now the
real impersonator still on the loose!

I urge you to contact Sgt. Whitaker and Chief Sandos after you review this site and tell them
you are concerned that he had the wrong person. Tell him he needs to look into the case more
extensively. Also ask him if he is still looking for the other car and driver. I bet he says no.

6 Man Jury Found Me NOT GUILTY!

Finally after many continuations and general bull I
finally got my day in court! I was found not guilty in
all of about 15 minutes.

SO after much of our tax dollars and wasting of much much time Sgt.
Whitaker and Chief Sandos still failed. They indeed had the wrong guy.

A much needed thank you goes out to Attorney Michael McEvilly of Leominster, MA for his
extraordinary performance. I strongly suggest you keep him in mind for all criminal matters. He and
his father are a one man wrecking crew in my opinion.

They refused to give me any paper dicating the results I have audio tapes from a tape recorder
that was brougt into the court room. Email me and I will send a clip of the verdict to you.
